By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skoolmaster provides a search interface for your Skool direct messages. The Service syncs your messages from Skool and allows you to search through them. We do not modify, send, or delete any messages on your behalf.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid Skool account
Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Monthly: $27/month, billed monthly
Yearly: $249/year, billed annually

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or years.

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Scrape or harvest data for purposes other than personal use

7. Skool Platform

The Service interacts with Skool's platform. You must comply with Skool's Terms of Service when using our Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Skool.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Composed Technical Solutions LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Composed Technical Solutions LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Composed Technical Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
